Raider Company founders understand the direct bonds between members are the most important foundation of an organization. As organizations grow and leaders become further separated from the rank and file, trust and cohesion deteriorate. Therefore, Raider Company was designed from the start to fracture once it hits critical mass, encouraging splinter sister organizations to form. These organizations remain welcome to operate alongside Raider Companies original squadron, but are also free to govern themselves, pursue their own interests, and develop their own specializations. This franchise arrangement allows for shared resources and training by all. This also fosters propagation of the Raider values and advancement of mercenary work as a respectable profession, while also supporting the experience and independence of each squadron.
